There is time for us to
approach the production of the natural
tone of
voice. The natural tone of voice is your voice.
This is the most convenient sound, which requires no
physical efforts.
LISTEN TO THE EXAMPLE
This sound is similar
to the involuntary quiet moan of indisposition or
disease. When you are out of forces your organism involuntary
includes the true natural voice, which is the effective
system of sanitation. And it is the preventive maintenance of diseases, too.
Therefore, if you, God forbid, feel sick, moan boldly!
This is very useful.
Now we begin to tune
the main tool of our internal orchestra - trachea. It helps
extract low-pitched sounds. To dispose trachea means to
put in order entire remaining system. Trachea with the aid of the
intonation will start all the remaining sounds.
Sound, made
without the least stress,
gone from somewhere from the depth - is your natural voice.
Trachea (but not vocal cords!) is the real source of your natural tone.
Be maximally
attentive, please! From now on, success of the entire course
depends on how correctly you will master this lesson!
ATTENTION PLEASE!
Sit down flat, relax, feel as your second mouth opening.
Place your hand against your breast. So you will feel
the vibrations from your natural voice better.
Imagine that you
are located on the forest clearing during a sunny day.
Do an easy inhalation with your nose and feel all aromas of fragrant of
the blooming flowers. Hold on your breath, and relax
thoroughly.
Expiration will
occur automatically. There must be no efforts from your
side. Specifically at the moment, let out the quietest
low-pitched sound, which resembles moan.
Inhale by your
nose the aromas of those blooming flowers again. Relax then.
Absolutely without any efforts the sound smoothly leaves you,
together with the expiration.
The main thing is total absence of stress.
Imagine you should breathe in such a way all twenty four hours a
day - with the sound on the expiration.
Can you feel vibration in your breast?
